Negotiable Admin Job Johannesburg
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Bid Administrator
- Proven experience with tender submissions in South Africa or similar markets – public sector experience is a plus
- Familiarity with eTender, CIDB, CSD, and B-BBEE documentation requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Strong written communication and attention to detail – no typos in submissions
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/OneDrive
- Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
