> Strong administrative and numeracy skills.

> Experience with MS Office - specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook.

> Knowledge in Xero Accounting software for invoicing and quotes.

> Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

> Be able to work independently and under pressure.

> Take own initiative and be self-motivated.

> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

> Respond to emails promptly and effectively.

> Excellent client relationship skills. Position includes reception duties and telephonic client liaison.

> Own reliable transport.
