A marketing and branding company is currently are looking for an energetic, driven, efficient and all-round admin superstar to join their team.

This exciting opportunity is a dual role that will see you providing PA support and managing the office admin tasks. We are based in Randburg, Northriding and would consider applicants that reside close by.

Key duties will include:

• Personal Assistant to director
• Monitoring new leads through the LiveChat system as well as emails and passing onto relevant team members
• Diary calendar appointments and providing feedback
• Answering and screening of phone calls
• Organising and planning meetings
• Conducting or preparing any research that the company may require
• Account reconciliation from suppliers

• Computer literacy
• Verbal and written articulacy
• Professional discretion
• Efficiency
• Well-developed time management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Resourceful
• Basic knowledge of Branding
