A Receptionist/Administrator Needed. Looking for someone with excellent communication, planning & organization skills. The successful candidate must be energetic, vibrant & have an impeccable work ethic.

The responsibilities for this post:

· Answer telephone for companies in the group.

· Communicate with clients/suppliers.

· Provide the correct/necessary information to those that call our offices.

· Manage the front office, ensure clients/suppliers are well attended to.

· Assistance in buying/placing orders with suppliers.

· Set appointments for Directors.

· Assist in data capturing for accounts.

· General Administrative Duties

Requirements

· Minimum 3-5 Years experience in the same role

· Must know Microsoft Office on an advance level (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

· An administrative/business management qualification is advantageous

· Must be good in speaking/writing English

· Must have excellent communication skills

- Preference will be given to those who reside in the Upper Highway/Pinetown Area

Salary: R5000 – R6000 CTC
