R7500.00 Front Receptionist / Admin Somerset West

We are looking for a dynamic young LADY to manage our busy front office.

Duties include:

· Reception – Greeting clients

· Switchboard – Receive all incoming calls and divert to relevant departments

· Admin – Invoicing, stock control, filing & capturing of payments

· Receiving incoming emails and processing out going emails.

· Receive all deliveries and prepare outgoing packages.

· Scheduling of daily deliveries.

· Placing stock orders

· Internal Sales

The successful candidate must be fully bilingual and well spoken.

She must be able to work under pressure and form part of the team.

She should have a good typing speed and be completely computer literate.

She should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.


Any knowledge of the below will be advantageous:

Quickbooks accounting software

Office Automation and Consumables

Starting salary: R7500
