R7000.00 Receptionist / Admin Assistant

A Hire company in Steenberg has a vacancy for a full time receptionist / admin person.

Expected duties
· Email communication
· Answer phones
· Placing (over-the-counter) orders for customers
· Creating quotes and invoices
· Checking available stock
· Managing of branch office and production supplies
· Printing orders
· Preparing orders for dispatch and checking returns
· Quality control of orders
· Payment receipts
· Keeping the front desk area clean
· Opening and closing the office.
· Daily management of the Branch cleanliness and order

Working times:
Monday - Friday 08h00 till 17h00
Saturday - 08h30 till 12h30 Salary R7000 pm

The job is based at Steenberg and you will be expected to find your own transport to/from work. It is essential that you have receptionist experience and good working knowledge of a PC, including MS Office Suite. Experience in the use of Sage Computing would be an advantage. The job is suited for someone with good inter-personal skills, healthy and physically active.
