We are looking for a Receptionist who can multitask and who is not afraid to dig deep in order to make our lives easier.

The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Also required are excellent oral and written skills communication skills and a proven history of providing excellent customer service at all levels. Our work environment is learning oriented and very fast paced therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude and attire that exemplifies our culture.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Able to handle heavy multiple – line phones.

· Ability to multi – task

· Maintain presentable reception area

· Maintain sound record of visitor for security reasons

· Assist in admin related work and where needed

Requirements:

Must have some knowledge and/or experience in the electrical or security fields.
Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional skills on the telephone.
Bilingual Speaking.
German speaking a bonus.
Preferably live close to work or have own transport.
Candidate must be a non-smoker
Candidates must be between the age of 25 and 45.
Salary Negotiable according to experience and qualifications.

Post is a full – time post and candidate will need to start as soon as possible.
