Primary responsibility is customer support & services
Respond to all emails and calls from clients
Familliarise yourself with support policies & procedures Other Admin duties assigned to you by manager
Requirements

Friendly presence and helpful attitude
Ability to utilise the applications for Microsoft Office & Excel Weekly Reports
Good problem solving skills; ability to prioritise and multi task
Utilise skills and resource available to solve problems
Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic
Ability to work under pressure is of utmost importance.
Matric / Management Experience / Leadership Qualities Mature Person
Salary will be disclosed during interview
