INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
* Previous experience in HR Administration
* Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
* Good communication or Organisational Skills



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures

• Payroll administration including new engagements, loading of fixed term contracts, terminations, changes to personal details, leave administration, contracts agreements, etc.

• Ensure that salary reports and wages imports are submitted to relevant departments within the agreed deadline dates

• Administration of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and performance reviews

• Management of the fixed term employee induction/orientation documents

• Efficiently assist with the day-to-day HR operations within the division

• Maintain / quality control employee files (new and current) and other relevant Human Resource filing requirements in line with the Companies audit requirements

• Develop and maintain reports, sourcing correct information and ensuring all deadlines are met

• Assist with the recruitment process for vacancies in line with Group’s policies and procedures



Reporting to the Payroll and Office Manager

Working hours will be from 08:00 to 16:30

Overtime as and when required
