Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essentiala positive attitude is most important!

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service every day.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
