Negotiable Sales Rep Required Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and proactive prospecting
Communicate the benefits and value of the companys products and services to drive sales
Act as the main point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients
Identify, educate, and support prospective and existing customers with relevant product and service information
Sell products and services using strong, persuasive sales arguments
Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Provide complete and appropriate solutions to customers to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability
Secure orders from existing and potential clients while meeting customer needs
Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective and existing clients
Conduct professional sales presentations to a range of prospective customers
Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products, processes, and systems
Ensure customers are satisfied and well-supported throughout the sales process
Establish, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and submit offers to purchase
Obtain deposits and manage balance-of-payment collections
Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs and promote products and services
Respond to client queries regarding credit terms, pricing, products, and availability
Manage customer accounts, including contract and agreement oversight to maximise profitability
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer requirements
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maximise satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business and identify improvement opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
Analyse market potential and track sales and status reports
Stay informed on promotional and industry trends
Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitor activity, and potential new products or services
Prepare regular reports on acco
