Negotiable Executive PA and Administrator Rondebosch

Key Responsibilities:

Provide PA support to management, handling schedules, emails, and general admin.
Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document management.
Manage reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming clients.
Handle secretarial responsibilities, such as drafting correspondence and filing.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain office organization.
Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of PA/administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail) and general admin software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, well-presented, and customer service-oriented.
Must have own laptop and cellphone.
Must be able to work in-office, full-time in Rondebosch, Cape Town.
