Job Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls

- Loading and organizing support tickets efficiently

- Managing orders and liaising with suppliers

- Filing, scanning, and maintaining office documents

- Handling couriers and ensuring deliveries are tracked

- Greeting clients, ensuring they feel welcomed

- Arranging meetings and coordinating schedules

- Performing cashiering duties as required

- Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner

- Assisting with various miscellaneous tasks to support their manager

- Keeping the office space clean and tidy to maintain a professional environment


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- A professional and friendly demeanor

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Reliable and proactive work ethic

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Some IT skills or familiarity with basic IT concepts would be an advantage
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
