Negotiable Receptionist Durban
- Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Key Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with the Hilti system is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanour, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to screen calls accurately.
• Must be able to maintain company procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a welcoming tone.
• Manage correspondence and scheduling efficiently.
• Book staff medicals and training.
• Track and keep accurate records of all staff medical and training expiry dates.
• Taking minutes during disciplinary hearings and meetings.
• Required to stand in for the wages department once a year in December – training will be provided.
• Assist in office administration and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Provide exceptional support to clients and team members.
